Structural Design and Calculations
We are pragmatic in our approach to engineering. All design calculations and solutions are suitable for submission to Building Control.

Project Management
We can provide overall management of the project from tender through to completion.
We offer Contract Administration services. Compiling contracts, monitoring the works, undertaking valuations, and certifying payments.

Tender Submissions
We compile works specifications for submission to contractors for pricing. We also review tender returns and provide tender analysis reports with recommendations for procurement.

Timber Frame Repair
We inspect and report on condition, specifying repairs, which is often a requirement of the Local Authority to support planning and listed building applications.

We review structures to provide schemes of repair and detailed specifications. We have experience in assessing structures of clay lump and traditional timber frame through to masonry, concrete, and steel structures.
