Steria Consulting was appointed by Vernacular Homes to provide the structural design solution to enable the repair and conversion of a derelict oast house to a residential dwelling. This included reinstatement of the roundel roofs and cowls, alongside masonry and timber repairs. Structural design calculations were undertaken to justify existing and design of new structural elements.

During construction we undertook site visits and provided advice and design detail as required.
