Clive cottage: Project co-ordination

Steria Consulting was appointed to discharge Listed Building Consent Conditions, produce documentation for tender, appoint a contractor, and oversee the construction project as Contract Administrator.

The project involved the replacement of render and timber repairs to the Party Wall and repairs to the surface water drainage.

We acted as approved Party Wall Surveyor for both properties.
